An appointment is required to reserve the adequate amount of time with your stylist. We cannot guarantee appointments to walk-in customers. Please give us a call if you would like to stop by!

Here are some details you may find helpful:

PARKING: there is metered parking on the street or a parking lot located behind our building - it is shared neighboring businesses, so please park only in the spots to the far side against the half wall and enter the salon by walking through the breezeway to the left of the building toward Main Street.

ARRIVAL: plan to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment so you can relax in our reception area and enjoy a complimentary drink from our beverage bar.

SANITATION: we are thoroughly cleaning our salon throughout the day, we have an air purification system running constantly, and as per the current CDC guidance, we are no longer requesting masks, but all staff members are happy to wear a mask at your request.

CHILDREN: our goal is to always maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests - we request that children remain with another caregiver unless they are receiving a service themselves.

PAYMENT: for your convenience, we accept apple pay, all major credit cards, as well as cash (you will be able to leave a tip on your credit card if you desire).

CANCELLATIONS: if you need to cancel, reschedule, or change your appointment for any reason, we require 24 hours notice or your credit card will be charged a $50 cancellation fee per service.
