Do I need to book an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

An appointment is required to ensure we can dedicate the proper amount of time to your stylist and provide the high-quality experience you deserve. While we’d love to accommodate walk-ins, we cannot guarantee availability without an appointment. To plan your visit, simply give us a call or book online. This way, we can ensure your stylist is ready to meet your hair care needs without delay. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about availability!

What should I know about arriving for my appointment?

We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in and enjoy our relaxing reception area. Take a moment to unwind with a complimentary beverage from our curated drink bar while you wait for your stylist. Arriving early ensures you’re ready to start your appointment on time, allowing us to give you the best experience possible. If you’re running late, please call ahead so we can adjust as needed—we always strive to accommodate you while respecting other clients’ time.

Can I bring my child with me to the salon?

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, we ask that children remain with another caregiver unless they are receiving a service themselves. This policy allows us to create a relaxing environment where every client can enjoy their time at the salon without distractions. If your child is receiving a service, we welcome you to accompany them to ensure they feel comfortable and supported. Thank you for helping us maintain a calm and enjoyable space for everyone!

What payment methods do you accept?

We strive to make payment as convenient as possible by accepting Apple Pay, all major credit cards, and cash. For added flexibility, you can also leave a tip on your credit card if you prefer. Our team is happy to assist with any payment-related questions you might have during your visit. Your convenience and satisfaction are our priorities!

What are the parking options near the salon?

We offer convenient parking options to make your visit as seamless as possible. You can use the metered street parking or park in the lot located behind our building. If using the lot, please park in the designated spots along the far side against the half wall. Once parked, you can access the salon by walking through the breezeway to the left of the building, which leads to Main Street. If you have any trouble finding us, feel free to give us a call, and we’ll guide you!

What sanitation measures do you have in place?

Your health and safety are our top priorities, which is why we maintain rigorous sanitation practices throughout the day. Our salon is cleaned regularly, and we run an air purification system continuously to keep the environment fresh and safe. As per current CDC guidance, masks are not required, but our team is happy to wear one upon request to ensure your comfort. We are committed to providing a clean and welcoming space where you can relax and enjoy your visit.

Can I bring a guest with me to my appointment?

Due to our limited salon space, we ask that only those receiving a service remain in the salon during their appointment. This helps us maintain a serene and focused environment for our clients and staff. The only exception to this policy is for parents or guardians accompanying children who are receiving a service. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide the best possible experience for everyone.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel, reschedule, or change your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. This policy allows us to offer your reserved time to another client in need. If cancellations are made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $50 cancellation fee per service will be charged to your credit card. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain our schedule and accommodate all our clients.
